Calls coming on the 100 number will be taken by the call taker and concurrent opening of the challan to be filled up by the call taker.
Dispatcher ModuleChallan filled up by the call taker will be displayed to the dispatcher so that he can dispatch the personnel to the spot of incidence.
Vehicle Tracking ModuleAll Police vehicles including but not limited to Peter, Patro, CR Mobile ,Beat marshalls & DCP Cars are fitted with VMU’s that track their movement throughout the city. All Vehicles are displayed within 10 meters of the incident reported so that they can reach the spot within 5 minutes of the incident reported to the control room.
Supervisor ModuleThe Supervisor module allows the supervisor to monitor the earlier day’s activity and cross check the cell responses from earlier calls. The challan get final closure from the supervisor the next day after follow-up with local Police Stations.
